I’m Sonali Sharma, founder of ContentBank, a content strategy and brand storytelling agency, and a published author with three books to my name.
ContentBank works with FMCG and Ed-tech brands, heritage properties, and corporate clients on a B2B model, building narratives that hold up under scrutiny and still feel human. Every brand has a story it’s not telling well, and that gap is usually where the real work begins. Whether it’s a legacy brand trying to sound relevant again or a growing company trying to sound like itself for the first time, the process starts the same way: understanding what’s actually true before deciding how to say it.
Outside the agency, I consult personally with individuals and founders on positioning, writing, and voice, the kind of work that doesn’t scale but matters more. This is where I sit across from someone and help them figure out how to sound like themselves on paper, on LinkedIn, in a pitch, in a room. It’s slower work, and it’s the work I return to when I want to remember why any of this matters.
Over the years, this has meant sitting in boardrooms with corporate teams, in strategy calls with marketing heads, and in quieter one on one sessions with founders trying to find their footing. Every client relationship starts with the same question: what do you actually want people to feel when they encounter you. The answers are rarely obvious, and getting to them is most of the job.

Let’s Work Together
As a writer, my focus has always been on the parts of life that are easy to overlook: how people actually feel, what a place does to you when you’re paying attention, the quiet architecture of a hotel stay or a Tuesday afternoon. I write about human behavior and emotion, travel, and hospitality, not as categories, but as different rooms in the same house.
I’ve spoken at Panels, TEDx events, Universities; and my words have found their way into rooms far beyond my own writing desk, through brand campaigns, keynotes, and client work that starts as a business problem and ends up being about something truer.
If there’s a thread through all of it, it’s this: I believe in words and emotions. Everything I do, for a corporate client or for a reader I’ll never meet, comes down to finding the right words for a feeling someone already had but hadn’t yet said out loud.
Fill out the form below, and let’s start a conversation about how we can bring your vision to life.
Your story matters. Let’s tell it right.
